苄胺锌酞菁光敏剂的合成及光敏性质研究

摘要 光动力疗法(Photodynamic therapy,PDT)是一种利用光敏剂治疗肿瘤的新型疗法,其治疗效果很大程度上取决于光敏剂,所以光敏剂的合成及其光化学研究是近些年来PDT的研究重点之一。金属酞菁类化合物因其良好的生理相容性及卓越的光敏抗肿瘤活性等特点成为备受关注的光疗药物。蛋白质是构成机体的重要的生物大分子,在生物体的生命过程中发挥着举足轻重的作用,在其一级结构的长链中,存在-NH2基团,因此,含有-NH2基团的药物较易与生物大分子间作用,有利于药物传输与吸收。在此基础上,周边取代氨基的锌酞菁得以合成,其光敏性质也被纳入研究范畴。 Photodynamic therapy(PDT),the treatment effect of which depends largely on the photosensitizer,is an innovative medical method for the treatment of tumor by use of the photosensitizer.Hence,the study on synthesis of the photosensitizer and its photochemical properties has been one of the research hotspots of PDT in recent years.With a number of advantageous characteristics such as good physiological compatibility and excellent photosensitive antitumor activity,phthalocyanines have emerged as a high-profile class of photosensitizers for PDT.As an important biological macromolecule for organisms,protein plays an important role in the life process of organisms.In the long chain of its primary structure,there are-NH2 groups.Therefore,the drugs containing-NH2 groups are prone to interaction with biological macromolecules,which is conducive to drug transport and absorption.On this ground,zinc phthalocyanine with peripheral substituted amino group was synthesized and its photosensitive properties were included into research.
