Research on Ethical Problems and Countermeasures of Medical Artificial Intelligence

医疗人工智能的极速发展在不断创新医疗卫生业务的同时带来了诸多伦理问题与挑战。对医疗人工智能可能带来的7个方面伦理问题进行探讨,包括道德主体性位置、医生的主体性位置、责任认定、病人自主性、保障隐私权、医疗负担、算法监管等。并提出重构伦理与监管体系;保护数据与公众安全;提升医疗质量与医生地位等建议与对策。

The rapid development of medical artificial intelligence has brought many ethical issues and challenges while continuously innovating the medical and health business.The article discusses seven aspects of ethical issues that may be brought about by medical artificial intelligence,including the position of moral subjectivity,the position of doctors,the identification of responsibility,patient autonomy,protection of privacy,medical burden and algorithmic supervision.It is suggested to reconstruct ethics and supervision system,to protect data and public safety,and to propose recommendations and countermeasures to improve medical quality and doctor status.
