ES纤维与无纺织物含硅亲水油剂制备和性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 为研制性能优异的ES纤维亲水油剂,通过研究聚醚硅油的HLB值与其水溶液表面张力、在PE薄膜上的动态接触角以及整理后ES无纺布的多次透水时间的关系,选取聚醚硅油S440与表面活性剂复配,探讨不同HLB值下油剂多亲性能的表现。结果表明:在聚醚硅油的HLB值为8~13范围内,其临界表面张力(γCMC)、临界胶束浓度(CMC)均与HLB值呈正相关,而多次渗透性与HLB值呈负相关,此外HLB值为11.1的聚醚硅油表现出最佳铺展性能;含硅亲水油剂的多次亲水性能随油剂整体HLB值的增加而下降,其中经HLB值较低的1-A纺丝油剂整理后的ES无纺布具备快速和持续渗透性能,其第一次渗透时间小于1.5 s,第2次至第5次渗透时间小于5 s。另外该无纺布同时具备合适的返湿量(0.10 g)和表面比电阻(2.59×108Ω·cm),基本满足卫生用品覆面材料的指标要求。 In order to develop an excellent hydrophilic oil agent for ES fibers,the relationship between HLB value of polyether silicone oil and surface tension of its aqueous solution,dynamic contact angle on PE films and multiple water permeability time of finished ES nonwovens was studied.Polyether silicone oil S440 was mixed with various surfactants to investigate the polyhydrophilic properties of oil agents with different HLB values.The results showed that both the critical surface tension(γCMC)and critical micelle concentration(CMC)of polyether silicone oil were positively correlated with HLB value in the range of 8~13,while the multiple permeability was negatively correlated with HLB value.In addition,polyether silicone oil with HLB value of 11.1 showed the best spreading performance.The multiple hydrophilicity ability of silicon-containing hydrophilic oils declined with the increase of overall HLB values of oil.The ES nonwovens finished with 1-A spinning oils with lower HLB value showed fast and continuous permeability,and its first permeability duration was less than 1.5 s,and the second to the fifth permeability durations were less than 5 s.Besides,the nonwovens had suitable moisture regain weight(0.10 g)and surface specific resistance value(2.59×108Ω·cm),which basically met the requirements of sanitary cover materials.
