锦纶织物防水/亲水异面整理工艺研究

Study on Antarafacial Water-proof/hydrophilic Finishing Process of Polyamide Fabric

为进一步提高织物的导湿性能,研究了防水/亲水异面整理工艺对锦纶织物防水/亲水性能的影响。本文选用无氟防水剂X与增稠剂PTE,采用涂层整理的方法对锦纶织物先进行单面防水整理,再选用亲水剂SA,使用浸轧的方法对其进行亲水整理,探讨了防水剂用量、增稠剂用量、涂层压力、亲水剂用量等因素对锦纶织物防水/亲水性能的影响。结果表明,整理后织物防水面防水等级可达到90分,亲水面润湿时间为9.5 s,整理后织物耐洗性和透气、透湿性良好。适宜的防水涂层整理工艺为:防水整理剂X 40 g/L、交联剂F 6 g/L、增稠剂PTE 1.0%,涂层压力为8 mm,170℃焙烘90 s。适宜的亲水整理工艺为:亲水整理剂SA 30 g/L、170℃焙烘90 s。

In order to further improve the moisture conductivity of fabric,the effect of antarafacial water-proof/hydrophilic finishing process on water-proof/hydrophilic properties of polyamide fabric was studied.In this study,single-side water-proof finishing of polyamide fabric was carried out via coating finishing with fluorine-free water-proof agent X and thickening agent PTE first,hydroplilic finishing was conducted via padding with hydrophilic agent SA,and the influences of water-proof agent dosage,thickening agent dosage,coating pressure and hydrophilic agent dosage on water-proof/hydrophilic properties of polyamide fabric were discussed.Results show that the waterproofing grade of finished fabric can reach 90 points,the wetting time of the hydrophilic surface is 9.5 s,and the washability,air permeability and moisture permeability of finished fabric are good.The optimal water-proof coating finishing process are:40 g/L water-proof finishing agent X,6 g/L cross-linking agent F,1.0%thickener PTE,coating pressure of 8 mm and baking at 170℃for 90 s.The optimal hydrophilic finishing process are:30 g/L hydrophilic finishing agent and baking at 170℃for 90 s.
