马应龙麝香痔疮膏中间体中煅炉甘石与冰片近红外含量模型建立 被引量:5

Establishment of near infrared content model of calcined calcite and borneol in intermediate of Ma Yinglong musk acne cream

摘要 目的利用近红外光谱技术建立马应龙麝香痔疮膏中间体中煅炉甘石及冰片含量测定模型。方法改变中间体中煅炉甘石(冰片)在配方中的比例,使其成一定的含量梯度,分别配比124批样品,通过滴定法测定其中煅炉甘石含量,气相色谱(GC)法测定冰片含量,并采集所有样品近红外光谱建立煅炉甘石及冰片的含量分析模型。结果煅炉甘石含量模型最佳谱段为12493.3~11073.9、8246.6~6823.3、5411.6~3999.9 cm-1,内部验证RMSECV=0.00576%,R 2=98.88%,RPD为8.89。冰片含量模型最佳谱段为9947.6~8246.6、7398~5697、4852.3~3999.9 cm-1,内部验证RMSECV=0.857%,R 2=95.01,RPD为3.94。外部验证平均相对偏差分别为1.27%、1.4%。结论所建立的煅炉甘石及冰片含量分析模型结果较好,可用于马应龙麝香痔疮膏中间体含量快速检测。 Objective To set up quantitative model of calcined calamine and borneol in the intermediate of Ma Yinglong musk hemorrhoids cream by near-infrared spectroscopy.Methods To change the proportion of calcined calamine(borneol)in the formula of the intermediate to a certain content gradient and match 124 samples respectively,determing calcined calamine or borneol content by titration and GC and collecting near-infrared spectroscopy of all samples to set up quantitative model of calcined calamine and borneol.Results The best waveband of calcined calamine quantitative model was 12493.3~11073.9,8246.6~6823.3,5411.6~3999.9 cm-1,RMSECV of internal verification was 0.00576%,R 2=98.88%,RPD was 8.89.The best waveband of borneol quantitative model was 9947.6~8246.6,7398~5697,4852.3~3999.9 cm-1,RMSECV of internal verification was 0.857%,R 2=95.01,RPD was 3.94.Average relative deviation of external verification was 1.27%,1.4%,respectively.Conclusion The quantitative model of calcined calamine and borneol based on near-infrared spectroscopy were effective and could be used for the quick quantity analysis of calcined calamine and borneol.
