摘要 脂肪肝是如今全世界的人所面临的最严重的健康问题之一,可分为酒精性脂肪和非酒精性脂肪肝。为了治疗脂肪肝,调节机体内脂质的代谢过程成了其中一个重要的方向。其中,通过影响与脂质代谢有关的蛋白质的活性和水平来降低肝脏内部脂质含量,是主要的目标之一。除去基因水平的调控对蛋白质的影响,蛋白翻译后修饰也是备受重视,本篇综述主要是对与脂代谢相关的蛋白质的翻译后修饰进行介绍。 Fatty liver is one of the most serious health problems facing people all over the world.It can be divided into alcoholic fat and non-alcoholic fatty liver.In order to treat fatty liver,regulating lipid metabolism in the body has become an important direction.One of the main targets is to reduce the lipid content in the liver by affecting the activity and level of proteins related to lipid metabolism.In addition to the influence of gene level regulation on proteins,post-translational modification of proteins is also attached great importance.This review mainly introduces the post-translational modification of proteins related to lipid metabolism.
