2014～2019年我院头孢曲松迟发型过敏反应的临床研究

Clinical study on delayed allergic reaction of ceftriaxone in our hospital from 2014 to 2019

目的对我院近5年头孢曲松迟发型过敏反应进行临床研究。方法收集2014年1月~2019年1月我院头孢曲松钠药物应用导致的不良反应报告206例,重点研究168例头孢曲松迟发型过敏反应。结果168例头孢曲松钠药品不良反应统计中,皮肤及其附件损害出现94例,发生率55.9%;消化系统损害26例,不良反应发生率为15.5%;局部损害不良反应12例,不良反应发生率为7.1%;呼吸系统良反应发生10例,发生率为5.9%;循环系统不良反应15例,不良反应发生率为9.1%,神经系统不良反应发生6例,不良反应发生率为3.6%,精神与行为障碍不良反应5例,不良反应发生率为3.0%。结论头孢曲松迟发型过敏反应发生较隐蔽,不易及时发现,医生在用药过程中要密切关注头孢曲松迟发型过敏反应的发生,保证公众的用药安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical study on delayed allergic reaction of ceftriaxone in our hospital in last five years.Methods 206 cases of adverse reactions caused by ceftriaxone sodium drug in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were collected and 168 cases of delayed hypersensitivity to ceftriaxone were focused on.Results There were 94 cases(55.9%)of skin and its accessories damage,26 cases(15.5%)of digestive system damage,12 cases(7.1%)of local damages,10 cases(5.9%)of respiratory system damage,15 cases(9.1%)of circulatory system damages,6 cases(3.6%)of nerve system damages,and 5 cases(3.0%)of mental and behavioral disorders in 168 cases of delayed hypersensitivity to ceftriaxone.Conclusion The occurrence of delayed allergic reaction of ceftriaxone is relatively concealed,and it is not easy to find out in time.Doctors should pay close attention to the occurrence of adverse reactions of patients during the course of medication to ensure public safety under medicine.
