家长式领导、组织认同对员工创新行为的影响研究 被引量:5

Research on the Influence of Paternalistic Leadership and Organizational Identity on Innovation Behavior of Employees

摘要 探析家长式领导影响员工创新行为的内在作用机制,构建以组织认同为中介变量的理论模型,在358份问卷数据的基础上,采用SEM和Bootstrap法进行实证研究。结果表明:家长式领导的威权领导维度对员工创新行为具有显著负向影响;仁慈领导、德行领导维度以及组织认同对员工创新行为具有显著正向影响;组织认同在家长式领导的威权领导、德行领导维度与员工创新行为间具有完全中介作用,在仁慈领导维度与员工创新行为间具有部分中介作用。 In order to explore the internal mechanism of paternalistic leadership affecting innovation behavior of employees,this paper constructs a theoretical model with organizational identity as the intermediary variable,and conducts an empirical research by SEM and Bootstrap method on the basis of 358 questionnaires.The results show that the authoritarian leadership dimension of paternalistic leadership has a significant negative impact on innovation behavior of employees.Benevolent leadership,moral leadership dimension and organizational identity have significant positive effects on innovation behavior of employees.Organizational identity plays a complete mediating role between authoritarian leadership,moral leadership and innovation behavior of employees,and takes a partial mediating role between benevolent leadership and innovation behavior of employees.
