烟草商业高质量发展评价与分析——以X省烟草商业为例

Evaluation and Analysis of High-quality Development of Tobacco Commerce——Taking Tobacco Business in X Province as an Example

依据高质量发展的内涵,结合烟草商业发展实际,构建了包含成果性、状态性、共享性和创新与素质性四大维度的烟草商业高质量发展评价指标体系,并利用专家打分法确定了指标权重,使用X省烟草商业2014—2018年的数据对该指标进行了量化研究。结果表明:X省烟草商业高质量发展整体水平偏低且地区发展不均衡,但自身拥有成本管控、可持续发展等方面的优势和潜力。在此基础上提出了对策建议。

Based on the connotation of high-quality development and the reality of tobacco business development,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for high-quality development of tobacco business,including four dimensions of indicators:achievement,status,sharing and innovation.This paper also uses expert scoring method to determine the weight of the index,and quantitatively studies the index by using the data of tobacco business in X province from 2014 to 2018.The results show that the overall level of high-quality development of tobacco commerce in X Province is relatively low and the regional development is unbalanced,but it has advantages and potential in cost control and sustainable development.Finally,some countermeasures and suggestins are put forward.
