摘要
微波加热具有整体性、选择性和快速性的优势,含炭物质具有很强的吸波能力,成型褐煤有助于粉煤的高效清洁利用,为褐煤高效分级转化利用提供新途径。以褐煤为原料采用冷压成型工艺制备型煤,制备的型煤中部插入线性金属,放入微波炉中进行热解。为研究金属种类和金属长度对型焦产物物理特性和化学结构的影响,在微波功率为320 W时间为15 min条件下对型煤进行热解实验。实验结果表明:线性金属为铁丝,长度为8 cm时,热解得到的成型焦物理特性最优,孔隙结构丰富;型焦的官能团结构发生变化,利用型焦的气化和燃烧。
Microwave heating has the advantages of integrity,selectivity and rapidity,and the carbon-containing material has a strong absorbing ability.forming lignite is helpful to the efficient clean utilization of fly coal and provides a new way for the efficient graded conversion and utilization of lignite.The briquette was prepared by cold pressing process with lignite as raw material.The briquette was inserted into linear metal in microwave oven for pyrolysis.to study the effect of metal species and metal length on the physical properties and chemical structure of the char products,the briquette was pyrolyzed under the condition of microwave power of 320 W for 15 min.The results show that the linear metal is wire with a length of 8 cm.The physical properties of the molded coke are optimal and the pore structure is abundant.
