消除循环水温度异常变化对机组安全和经济性的影响的分析

摘要 2004年~2005年随着某公司二期工程各机组陆续投产,一期机组的循环水进水温度在夏天极热天气明显突升对机组负荷的影响逐渐严重。在经过一段时间跟踪观察后,于2006年7月针对该问题所导致的机组短期限出力,在长期内对经济性影响的问题,进行了综合分析,并预测了今后发展的趋势。现在针对二期工程全部投产后的几年中,这一影响越加显现的新变化,再次进行分析后,提出解决该问题的临时措施和建立专用排水通道2个方案。并根据向省水利河口研究所的专家技术咨询所获取的宝贵意见,参考国内其他电厂取排水工程设计和试验研究的信息,对建立专用排水通道方案提出应采取的相应对策。 From 2004 to 2005,as the units of a company’s second-stage project were put into operation successively,the circulating water inlet temperature of the first-stage units rose sharply in summer in extreme hot weather,which gradually affected the load of the units.After a period of follow-up observation,in July 2006,a comprehensive analysis of the short-term output of the unit caused by the problem and its economic impact in the long-term was conducted,and the future development trend was predicted.Now that the second phase of the project has been put into operation in the past few years,this impact has become more apparent in new changes.After reanalysis,it proposes temporary measures to solve the problem and establish two special drainage channels.Based on the valuable opinions obtained from the expert technical consultation of the Provincial Institute of Water Resources and Estuary,and referring to the information of other domestic power plant drainage and drainage engineering design and experimental research,the corresponding countermeasures for the establishment of a dedicated drainage channel scheme are proposed.
