摘要 在工业4.0的背景下,工业机器人技术已经成为现代工业技术实力的重要体现。故结合主题词、IPC分类号,制定工业机器人技术的检索策略,通过IncoPat国内外专利检索平台,收集全球工业机器人专利数据,并在此基础上对全球与我国工业机器人专利的申请年度、申请人、主要技术领域进行分析。通过比较研究,发现我国工业机器人研发起步较晚,核心技术尚未产业化,对控制系统和驱动系统核心技术领域的研发薄弱。并建议我国企业针对关键技术分支进行专利布局,进一步建立工业机器人产业联盟,并逐步开拓和布局海外市场。 In the context of Industry 4.0,industrial robot technology has become an important reflection of the strength of modern industrial technology.Therefore,in combination with the subject words and IPC classification numbers,a search strategy for industrial robot technology is formulated,and global industrial robot patent data is collected through the IncoPat domestic and foreign patent search platforms.On this basis,the application year,applicant and main technical fields of industrial robot patent in the world and China are analyzed.Through comparative research,it is found that China's industrial robot development started late,core technologies have not yet been industrialized,and research and development in control system and drive system core technology areas is weak.And it is suggested that Chinese enterprises carry out patent layout for key technology branches,further establish industrial robot industry alliances,and gradually develop and deploy overseas markets.
