个性化延续护理对2型糖尿病患者自护行为的影响研究被引量：3

摘要目的探讨个性化延续护理在改善2型糖尿病患者自护行为中的效果。方法将2018年6月-2018年12月入院的209例2型糖尿病患者随机分成两组:一组为干预组,共104例,采用一对一的个性化延续护理方法对患者进行教育管理。另一组为对照组,共105例,采用传统护理方法对患者进行教育管理。出院后3个月,对两组糖尿病患者的自护行为、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)进行对比分析。结果出院后3个月,干预组因为进行个性化延续护理使患者的自护行为各分项得分及总分与采用传统护理方法的对照组相比得到了明显改善(P<0.05);干预组FPG、HbA1C水平与入院时显著改善(P<0.05);对照组FPG及HbA1C有改善趋势,但无显著性差异。结论个性化延续护理可以显著改善2型糖尿病患者自我管理能力,使糖尿病患者拥有更好的血糖控制。
