多层螺旋CT在腹股沟疝诊断中的应用

Clinical Application With Multi-slice Spiral CT in the Diagnosis of Inguinal Hernia

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在腹股沟疝诊断中的临床应用价值。方法医院2018年4月-2019年9月收治的72例腹股沟疝患者,其中单侧腹股沟疝65例(斜疝55例,直疝10例),双侧疝6例,同侧同时出现斜疝及直疝1例,现对其临床和多层螺旋CT影像学资料进行回顾分析。结果CT显示,疝囊直径小于2 cm者40例,2~5cm者30例,大于5cm者2例;双侧腹股沟疝,以单侧症状就诊,发现对侧有无症状隐匿性疝5例;嵌顿疝2例。结论多层螺旋CT可有效发现隐匿性腹股沟疝,在腹股沟疝的诊断及术前评估中具有重要意义。

Objective To determine the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of inguinal hernia.Methods From April 2018 to September 2019,72 patients in which 65 single lateral hernias(55 indirect inguinal hernias and 10 direct inguinal hernias),6 bilateral hernias,and 1 both direct and indirect inguinal hernias on the same side.All the patients were evaluated by clinical date and multi-slice spiral CT,then analyzed retrospectively.Results CT revealed that 40 patients were with the hernial sac size less than 2 cm,30 patients from 2 cm to 5 cm,and 2 patients more than 5 cm;5 patients which showed bilateral inguinal hernia but only presenting symptoms of single lateral were detected occult hernia;also found 2 patients with incarcerated hernia.Conclusion The multi-slice spiral CT can effectively show occult inguinal hernia.So it can be valuable to the diagnosis and preoperative assessment of inguinal hernia.
