二甲双胍与阿卡波糖治疗2型糖尿病的效果

Clinical Effect of Metformin Combined With Acarbose in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析二甲双胍和阿卡波糖联合治疗2型糖尿病的实际应用效果。方法选取我院2017年1月-2017年10月期间收治的130例2型糖尿病患者作为研究对象,按照抽取先后顺序将其分为对照组和试验组,每组各65例患者。对照组2型糖尿病患者仅采用二甲双胍进行治疗,试验组2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍联合阿卡波糖进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后的血糖指标变化情况。结果显示治疗前两组患者的血糖指标,包括空腹血糖水平(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖水平(2 hPG)以及糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平,差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后试验组患者的FPG、2 hPG以及HbA1c分别为(5.24±1.11)mmol/L、(8.31±1.23)mmol/L和(6.03±1.08)%,对照组患者的FPG、2hPG以及HbA1c分别为(7.54±1.24)mmol/L、(12.85±1.98)mmol/L和(8.05±1.38)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者采用二甲双胍和阿卡波糖联合治疗可以有效改善患者的血糖水平,效果显著。

Objective In order to analyze the practical effect of metformin and acabloside in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods 130 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to our hospital between January 2017 and October 2017 were selected as the subjects,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to the order of extraction.Each group of 65 patients.The control group of type 2 diabetic patients were treated with metformin only,while the experimental group of type 2 diabetic patients were treated with Metformin combined with acabose.Results The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in blood glucose levels in the two groups before treatment,including fasting blood glucose level(FPG),postprandial 2 h blood glucose level(2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c)levels(P>0.05).FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1 c in the post-treatment experimental group were(5.24±1.11)mmol/L,(8.31±1.23)mmol/L,and(6.03±1.08)%,respectively,in the control group,FPG,2 hPG,and HbA1 c were(7.54±1.24)mmol/L,(12.85±1.98)mmol/L,and(8.05±1.38)%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion This shows that the combined treatment of metformin and acabloside can effectively improve the blood glucose level of patients with type 2 diabetes,and the effect is significant.
