高校学生违纪处理预警机制的构建与实践

Construction and Practice of Early-warning Mechanism for College Students’ Violation of Discipline

建立高校学生违纪处理预警机制,有利于全面落实新《规定》中的各项要求,有利于校园的和谐发展,有利于实现以学生为本、一切为了学生成才的管理模式。高校学生违纪处理预警机制的构建需遵循合法性、育人性、规范性、可操作性四个原则。建设学生违纪处理预警机制应注意信息采集与处理、预警处理、违纪处理以及预警信息反馈与跟踪的设计。建立高校学生违纪处理预警机制必须统一领导,统一认识,做好学生信息跟踪管理工作,增强管理人员的自身水平。提出构建高校学生违纪处理预警机制的重要意义和原则,分析对学生违纪处理预警机制的环节设置,对高校学生违纪处理预警机制的构建并进行了实践探索。

The construction of early warning mechanism for discipline violation in Colleges and universities is conducive to the full implementation of the requirements of the new“Regulations”,to the harmonious development of the campus and to the realization of a student-oriented management model for all students.It should follow four principles of legality,humanity,regularity and operability.The work of information collection and processing,early warning processing,discipline handling and early warning information feedback and tracking should be noted in the establishment of the early warning mechanism.It is also necessary to unify leadership,unify understanding,improve student information tracking and management,and enhance the management level in order to establish an early-warning mechanism for college students’violation.This paper puts forward the significance and principles,analyzes the setting of its link and finally makes a practical exploration on the construction of early warning mechanism for college students'violation of discipline.
