对神经外科住院患者采取人文关怀护理模式的意义分析

目的探讨对神经外科住院患者采取人文关怀护理模式的意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月在大连大学附属中山医院就诊的80例神经外科住院患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组40例采取常规护理,试验组40例在对照组的基础上使用人文关怀护理模式,比较两组患者护理满意度和并发症发生情况。结果试验组护理满意度高于对照组,试验组并发症发生情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对神经外科住院患者采取人文关怀护理模式可以有效的提高护理满意度,降低并发症的发生,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the significance of humanistic care nursing model for neurosurgical inpatients.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019 in zhongshan hospital affiliated to dalian university,80 cases of hospitalized patients with neurosurgical,randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,control group 40 cases take routine nursing care,experimental group 40 cases in the control group using humanistic care,nursing mode on the basis of comparing two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction and complications.Results The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanistic care nursing model for neurosurgical inpatients can effectively improve nursing satisfaction and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
