摘要
文章研究了含有缺陷的二维光子晶体TM模能带结构和太赫兹波的传输特性。研究发现,含有线缺陷的光子晶体波导能带结构发生了弯曲,具有非常优越的导波性能,THz波只能沿着线缺陷区域传播,几乎没有能量从波导的上下两侧泄露出去。此研究结果对高速率、超宽带THz通信系统的发展具有重要的指导意义,为太赫兹波器件的开发提供重要理论依据。
In this paper,the band structure of TM mode and the transmission characteristics of terahertz wave in two-dimensional photonic crystals with defects are studied.It is found that the band structure of photonic crystal waveguides with line defects is bent and has very excellent guided wave performance.THz waves can only propagate along the region of line defects,and almost no energy is leaked from the upper and lower sides of the waveguides.The research results have important guiding significance for the development of high-speed and ultra-wideband THz communication systems,and provide an important theoretical basis for the development of terahertz wave devices.
