基于物联网的智慧物业管理服务模式探究

根据当前物业服务所存在的问题,探索物联网应用下的智慧物业服务新模式,通过基础构建层、管理服务层、综合应用层以及业主使用层,将物业服务企业、业主和小区连接起来,打造建筑智能化、公共基础设施智能化、社区环境智能化、社区安全智能化等智慧服务,建立统一、高效、智慧的物业服务模式。

According to the problems existing in the current property service,explore the new mode of intelligent property service under the application of the Internet of things,through the basic construction layer,management service layer,comprehensive application layer and owner user layer,connect property service enterprises,owners and residential areas to create intelligent services such as intelligent building,intelligent public infrastructure,intelligent community environment,intelligent community security,etc.and establish a unified,efficient and intelligent property service model.
