含石粉的C30机制砂混凝土性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章针对机制砂中石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响,结合具体实验数据探究了机制砂、粉煤灰和石粉含量对混凝土性能的影响;结果表明,随着机制砂含量的增加,坍落度不断降低,抗压强度先增加后降低,当含量为40%时,抗压强度达到最大值。粉煤灰的适量掺入可以改善混凝土的工作性能,掺量为20%时提高了混凝土的抗压强度。适量的石粉可以改善混凝土的工作性能,提高其抗压强度,当石粉含量高于13%,降低混凝土工作性能和抗压强度。因此,当机制砂掺入为40%,粉煤灰为20%和石粉含量为13%时,C30混凝土的抗压强度最高。 Aiming at the effect of the stone dust contenton the concrete performance in the manufactured sand,this paper explores the effect of the manufactured sand,fly ash and stone dust contenton the concrete performance with specific experimental data;the results show that with the increase of the content of the machine sand,the slump continues to decrease,and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases.When the content is 40%,the compressive strength reaches a maximum.An appropriate amount of fly ash can improve the workability of concrete,and the compressive strength of concrete is increased when the amount is 20%.A proper amount of stone powder can improve the workability and compressive strength of concrete.When the content of stone powder is higher than 13%,the workability and compressive strength of concrete are reduced.Therefore,when the incorporation of machine sand is 40%,fly ash is 20%and stone dust contentis 13%,the compressive strength of C30 concrete is the highest.
