在大数据时代,公共事务管理与过去相比也面临着更加多样化的挑战,公共事务管理者在新时代只有将大数据和公共管理相互结合,才能提升公共管理的效率,满足人们的多样化需求,提升决策中的战略思维能力,从而促进公共事务管理水平的全方位提升。基于此,笔者重点探讨了大数据分析在公共事务管理中的应用。

In the era of big data,public affairs management is also facing more diversified challenges than in the past.In the new era,only by combining big data with public management can public affairs managers improve the efficiency of public management,meet people’s diversified needs,improve the strategic thinking ability in decision-making,and thus promote the overall improvement of public affairs management level.Based on this,the author focuses on the application of big data analysis in public affairs management.
