标准化管理流程在接受辅助生殖助孕患者中的应用

Application value of standardized management procedures in patient accepting assisted reproductive technology

目的探讨标准化管理流程在接受辅助生殖助孕患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年5月-2019年5月在辽宁省某医院接受辅助生殖助孕的80例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用常规护理流程,观察组患者采用标准化管理流程,比较2组患者的护理满意度、治疗依从性及干预前后的抑郁自评量表(SDS)及焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果观察组患者护理满意度为100.00%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗依从率为95.00%,高于对照组的72.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前,2组患者SAS及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,2组患者SAS及SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论标准化管理流程用于辅助生殖助孕患者,有助于改善患者心理状态,提高患者依从性及护理满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application value of standardized management procedures in patient accepting assisted reproductive technology.Methods A total of 80 patients who were treated in a hospital in Shenyang from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random digits table,40 patients in each group.Conventional care procedures were given to patients in the control group,while standardized management procedures were given to patients in the observation group.The nursing satisfaction,compliance and scores of self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)before and after the intervention in two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction in the observation group(100.00%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The compliance rate in the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that in the control group(72.50%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the comparison of SAS and SDS scores between two groups had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).After intervention,SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention;SAS and SDS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group;both differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized management process for patient is beneficial to improve patients′mental status,improve patients′compliance and nursing satisfaction,which is worth of clinical promotion.
