摘要
近年来,脊髓损伤的发病率呈明显的上升趋势,尤其是儿童脊髓损伤。儿童脊髓损伤的临床特征、评估方法及其预后均有别于成人。本文就目前儿童脊髓损伤后运动功能障碍的评估方法及康复干预措施进行综述,以期为儿童脊髓损伤患者运动功能障碍的康复治疗提供理论依据。
In recent years the motor dysfunction after spinal cord injury also has a rising tendency,especially in children.Children′s motor dysfunction after spinal cord injury is different with that of adults in clinical characteristics,assessment methods and prognosis.This paper reviewed assessment methods and rehabilitation intervention measures of children′s motor dysfunction after spinal cord injury,expecting references to rehabilitation of children′s motor dysfunction after spinal cord injury.
