硕士研究生情绪智力与生活满意度:交往成败归因的多重中介作用

摘要 目的探究人际交往成败归因在硕士研究生情绪智力对生活满意度影响的中介效应。方法采用生活满意度量表、情绪智力量表和交往成败归因量表对山东、北京、上海地区674名有效样本进行施测。结果(1)情绪智力不仅能够直接预测生活满意度,还可以通过交往成功后的归因、情绪反应间接影响;(2)交往成功后的归因不仅能够直接预测,还可以通过情绪反应间接影响生活满意度;(3)情绪智力可以通过交往成功归因间接预测生活满意度。结论交往成败归因在情绪智力与生活满意度之间存在多重中介效应,提高生活满意度可以从归因方式训练和调节、情绪智力的提升与转化入手。 Object:To provide empirical support for the postgraduates'psychological health education strategy,we explore the mediating effect of association attribution between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction.Method:We use the structural equation model to establish the factors model of life satisfaction.A total of 674 valid samples from Shandong,Beijing and Shanghai were measured by life satisfaction scale,emotional intelligence scale and attribution scale.Results:(1)Emotional intelligence can not only directly predict life satisfaction,but also indirectly influence the reaction of emotional attributionandcommunication;(2)The attribution of successful communication can not only directly predict,also can indirectly affect life satisfaction through emotional reactions;(3)Emotional intelligence can indirectly predict life satisfactionvia successful communication attribution.Conclusion:There are multiple mediating effects between emotional intelligence and life satisfaction to the attribution of success or failure in communication,and to improve life satisfaction can start from training and adjusting the way to attribute and improving and transforming emotional intelligence.
