医院门诊自助挂号设备打印故障智能检测技术

摘要 采用传统技术受到外界干扰影响,导致故障检测效果较差,提出了分层法对医院门诊自助挂号设备打印故障进行智能检测。依据设备打印流程,将故障检测分为硬件接口检测和软件接口检测。其中硬件接口故障检测需先对打印机自行检查,通过示波器检测驱动电路输出波形情况,若输出波形正常,则需根据适配器状态字符以及含义格式对控制输出、状态读入进行故障检测,若其内部寄存器可以正常工作,则需检查接口电缆线。采用分层技术中变异方法模拟由于病毒引起打印驱动程序混乱现象,待病毒全盘查杀后,分析电压控制放大器,由此完成设备打印故障检测。通过实验结果可知,采用分层技术最高检测效果可达到93%,为医院自助设备良好维护奠定基础。 The traditional technology is affected by external interference,which leads to the poor result of fault detection.An intelligent detection method is proposed for the printing failure of the outpatient self-service registered equipment in the hospital.According to the equipment printing process,fault detection is divided into hardware interface detection and software interface detection.The hardware interface fault detection should be checked by the printer first,and the output waveform of the drive circuit is detected by the oscilloscope.If the output waveform is normal,the control output and state reading should be detected according to the character of the adapter state and the meaning format.If the internal register can work normally,it needs to be checked.Interface cable.The mutation method in the layered technology is used to simulate the disorder of the print driver caused by the virus,and the voltage control amplifier is analyzed after the virus is all killed,which completes the device printing fault detection.The experimental results show that the highest detection effect can reach 93%by using layering technology,laying the foundation for good maintenance of self-service equipment in hospitals.
