基于文献计量分析看我国肿瘤患者人文关怀研究的现状及发展

Bibliometrics analysis of humanistic care for patients with cancer

目的了解我国肿瘤患者人文关怀护理的研究现状及存在的问题,为护理人员开展相关研究提供参考。方法以中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)为数据来源,以"人文与癌症"、"人文与肿瘤"、"关怀与癌症"、"关怀与肿瘤"为主题检索词,在11种国内护理核心期刊中检索从建库至2017年12月的所有文献并进行分析。结果共检出105篇文献,最终纳入符合标准的文献74篇。2015年和2017年发表文献最多(分别为10篇和11篇),发表最多的期刊是《护理研究》(28篇,占37.8%);文献获得基金资助27篇(36.5%);作者来自20个省市,研究单位以医疗机构为主。结论肿瘤患者的护理人文关怀已得到临床医护人员的高度重视,但仍然存在人文关怀护理发展缓慢,相关领域文献研究的质量及实践标准有待提高。

Objective To explore current implementation and exiting issues of humanistic care for patients with cancer.Methods Articles were researched on humanistic care among patients with cancer in China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)database until December2017.Subject search terms included"humanistic and cancer","humanistic and tumour","care and cancer",OR"care and tumour".Eleven Chinese journals were searched.Bibliometrics analyses were used to analyze the data.Results Totally,105 pieces of articles were identified and 74 pieces were included.Majority of them were performed in 2015 and 2017,with 10 articles and 11 articles,respectively.Nursing Research published 37.8%(28 articles)of them.And 36.5%(27 articles)of them had funding support.Authors came from 20 provinces and mainly from healthcare systems.Conclusion Humanistic care among patients with care has been attached significant importance.However,the quality of relevant research is not high and need to be improved in the future.
