摘要
目的探讨临床护理工作无纸化的实现方法及其效果。方法通过介绍本院实现临床护理工作无纸化的具体过程,总结护理工作无纸化实现期间护理纸质文书种类消除数量、新增护理信息设备种类及新增护理信息设备数量,对无纸化实现前后医院每月各类纸张申领数、每月墨盒申领数、每周护士整理科室环境以及纸张打印总分钟数、各类存放纸张空间进行比较。结果在实现临床护理工作无纸化期间,护理纸质文书消除65种、新增护理信息设备6种,新增护理信息设备365台。其中以小儿骨泌尿外科为例,与无纸化实现前相比,无纸化后月打印纸张申领数减少96.30%、月墨盒色带申领总数减少92.86%、每周护士整理科室环境以及纸张打印总时数减少97.67%、各类纸张存放空间减少75.00%。结论临床护理工作无纸化的实现可大大减少医院支出,提高护士工作效率,节省科室空间位置,符合环保理念,可在广大医院推广。
Objective To explore the method and effect of paperless for clinical nursing work.Methods Through the introduction of the specific process of paperlessness for clinical nursing work in our hospital,the number of types of nursing paper documents,the types of new nursing information equipment and the number of new nursing information equipments were counted.Compare the number of monthly paper applications in the hospital before and after the realization of paperlessness,the number of monthly ink cartridge applications,the number of times the nurses clean up the department environment the time of printing and the storage space of various types of paper.Results During the period of paperless for clinical nursing work,65 kinds of nursing paper documents were eliminated,6 kinds of new nursing information equipments were added,and 365 new nursing information equipments were added.Taking pediatric urology as an example,compared with before paperless project realization,the number of monthly printed papers decreased by 96.30%after paperless,printer cartridges decreased by92.86%.The time of weekly organized the department environment and printing documents of nurse was reduced by 97.67%,the storage space of all types of paper was reduced by 75.00%.Conclusion The realization of paperless project for clinical nursing work can greatly reduce expenditure,improve nurses’work efficiency,save space in the department,and conform to the concept of environmental protection.It can be promoted in hospitals.
