泵浦-探测虚拟仿真实验项目的操作训练及其效果评估 被引量:5

摘要 华东师范大学与科大奥锐科技有限公司校企合作自行研发的"超快光场和物质相互作用虚拟仿真实验平台"可以搭建泵浦-探测(pump-probe)实验光路,测量并数据模拟出半导体材料砷化镓(GaAs)与低温生长砷化镓(LTGaAs)光生载流子的弛豫时间.该泵浦-探测虚拟仿真实验不仅可以帮助学生掌握泵浦-探测的基本探测原理、半导体材料能带结构与超快载流子的动力学过程,也可以培养学生的实验操作技能,了解泵浦-探测技术、锁相放大技术的关键操作步骤.针对学习《光谱测量技术》的学生,首先讲述泵浦-探测技术原理后,引导学生使用该泵浦-探测虚拟仿真实验,并对学生进行了虚拟仿真实验使用的前后测评,利用SPSS科学统计软件对前后测结果进行分析,发现学生通过虚拟仿真实验项目操作训练后,对泵浦-探测的理论知识与技术要点的掌握程度都有不同程度的提高.通过泵浦-探测虚拟仿真实验对学生理论掌握与实验操作训练的效果分析,可以探索出虚拟仿真实验辅助理论课的新型混合式教学模式. The ultrafast optical field and material interaction virtual simulation experimental platform was self-designed by East China Normal University with AH UST Original Technology Co.LTD.The pump-probe optical path was built to measure and simulate the relaxation time of photogenerated carriers in gallium arsenide(GaAs)and low temperature grown gallium arsenide(LT-GaAs).The pump-probe virtual simulation experiment not only helped students master the basic principle of pump-probe,the band structure of semiconductors and the dynamics of ultrafast carriers,but also cultivated students’ experimental operation skills and understanding of the key steps of detection technology and phase-locked amplification technology.For students who study spectral measurement technology,after introducing the principle of pump-probe technology,they were guided to use the pumpprobe virtual simulation experiment.The students were tested before and after the experiment,the results were analyzed using the SPSS software.It was found that after the training through the virtual simulation experiment project,the mastery of the theoretical knowledge and technical points of the pump-probe were improved to different degrees.By analyze the effect of students’ theoretical comprehension and experimental training through the pump-probe virtual simulation experiment,a new hybrid teaching mode of virtual simulation experiment aided theoretical course could be explored.
