摘要 目前,个性化饰品越来越受到人们的青睐,市场需求也在不断上升,而木纹金工艺制品花纹独特、变化无穷,可塑性强,创作空间大,故对其制作工艺展开研究具有一定意义。以扩散连接技术为理论基础,采用正交试验,研究Cu-Ag木纹金的制作工艺,并利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪等测试分析方法,得到Cu-Ag木纹金最佳制作工艺条件:保温温度为750℃;保温时间为120min;保温时样品所受压力为32MPa。 At present,the personalized jewelry is getting more pop and the market demand is increasing.The mokume-gane craft product pattern is unique,and of endless variation,versatility,and creativity,which made it to be certain significance to study its production process.The process was studied based on the theory of diffusion connection technology,and the orthogonal experiment was applied.With the metallographic microscope,the scanning electron microscope,and the energy dispersive spectrometer,the best processing conditions of Cu-Ag MokumeGane were obtained,which were the insulation temperature was 750℃,the holding time was 120 minutes,and the sample was subjected to 32 MPa pres-sure during heat preservation.
