摘要 依靠胚胎形态学评分来评价胚胎发育潜能,容易受到人为主观因素的影响。尽管通过胚胎植入前遗传学检测,能够对胚胎染色体非整倍性进行识别,选择染色体整倍性胚胎植入,但还是有很大一部分整倍性的胚胎,即使在内分泌因素适合的条件下,也依然不能获得临床妊娠。这就需要通过新的技术来改善辅助生殖的结局。通过胚胎发育潜能来选择胚胎就是目前最新的研究技术之一。在诸多方法中,通过线粒体DNA含量的评估来预测胚胎发育潜能,获得了广大学者持续性的关注。 The evaluation of embryo viability is typically based on morphologic and morphometric grading systems,which are known to be heavily affected by differences in subjective judgement.Although pre-implantation genetic testing can identify embryo chromosome aneuploidies and select the embryos with chromosomal aneuploid for implantation,there are still a significant proportion of euploid embryos cannot obtain a clinical pregnancy,even under conditions where endocrine factors are appropriate.This requires new technologies to improve reproductive outcomes following assisted reproductive treatments.Selecting embryos based on their embryonic development potential is one of the latest research techniques.In many methods,the assessment of mitochondrial DNA content to predict the embryonic developmental potential has received continuous attention from scholars.
