An Analysis of Collective Emigration of the Soviet Union Expatriates in Hulun Buir in the 1950s and 1960s

新中国建立初期,苏联由于国家经济建设的需要,决定召回在华长期生活的苏联侨民,中国政府积极配合,协助苏联政府顺利完成了在华苏侨大规模的遣返工作。呼伦贝尔作为苏侨集体外迁的主要地区之一,坚决执行中央制定的有关政策和方针,以维护中苏友好关系为宗旨,秉持积极的态度,充分发挥主观能动性,既坚持原则又富有灵活性,顺利完成了苏侨外迁的任务,维护了中苏友好的大局,同时也维护自身的利益和国家主权。

In the early days of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the Soviet Union decided to recall the long-term Soviet expatriates living in China due to the needs of national economic construction.Chinese government actively cooperated and assisted the Soviet government in successfully completing the large-scale repatriation of the Soviet expatriates.As one of the main areas for the collective emigration of the Soviet Union expatriates,Hulun Buir resolutely implemented the relevant policies and guidelines formulated by the Central Committee.With the purpose of maintaining friendly relationship between China and the Soviet Union as its tenet,and a positive attitude,it gave full play to its subjective initiative,adhering to the principles and being flexible,and successfully completed the task of the collective emigration of the Soviet Union expatriates.Also it safeguarded the overall situation of China Soviet friendship,as well as its own interests and national sovereignty.
