基于Isight平台的某动车组车体牵引梁焊缝应力的灵敏度分析 被引量:2

摘要 为确保高速列车的安全运行,提高车体静强度.首先建立动车组车体有限元模型,将运营条件叠加并施加在动车组车体上.在ANSYS软件中进行整车计算,找到模型在恶劣工况下的薄弱位置,采用子模型技术,提取车体底架部分结构,通过对比计算结果验证子模型的可信性.最后通过优化平台Isight整合ANSYS,引入参数化后的子模型,对薄弱部位进行应力灵敏度分析.根据灵敏度分析结果修改设计变量,对如何降低薄弱位置应力提出合理的建议,以此提高车体底架结构强度的安全系数. Under overcrowding,starting or braking conditions,the loading condition of EMU car body is relatively complex,and the stress of the car body is the worst with the stress in some places often exceeding the allowable stress range of the corresponding materials,which leads to the failure of the static strength safety factor.In order to ensure the safe operation of high-speed trains,it is very important to improve the safety factor of static strength of trains.Firstly,the finite element model of the EMU car body is established by superimposing the operation conditions and the loads on the EMU car body.Then,through the calculation of ANSYS,the weak position of the model under severe conditions is found.For the subsequent calculation time saving,the sub-model method is used to calculate only the small area near the weak position to confirm the reliability of the calculation value of the sub-model by comparing the results.Finally,ANSYS is integrated by optimizing platform Isight,and the sub-model is parameterized to analyze the stress sensitivity of the weak parts.After determining the key parameters affecting the stress in the weak position,reasonable suggestions to reduce the stress in the weak position are put forward to improve the safety factor.
