摘要
某浮式液化天然气(LNG)项目全接收站分两个阶段建设:一阶段采用带气化设施的浮式生产装置(FSRU)模式;二阶段采用常规接收站模式。该项目一阶段采用的FSRU是相对独立的工艺单元,作为全接收站控制中枢的控制系统,既要考虑一、二阶段的有效衔接,还要能够兼容FSRU中的数据信息和管线SCADA数据。整个控制系统应具有可扩展、信息共享、数据兼容等功能,通过船岸连接系统可实现FSRU控制系统与常规接收站控制系统工艺数据互传以及安全联锁,具有一定的借鉴意义。
One floating liquefied natural gas(LNG)project is constructed in two phases,with the float storage and regasification unit(FSRU)mode in the first phase and the conventional terminal mode in the second phase.The FSRU used in the first phase of the project is a relatively independent process unit.As the central control system of the terminal,it is necessary to consider the effective connection of the first and second phases,and also is compatible with the data information of the FSRU and pipeline SCADA data.The entire central control system needs to be scalable,information sharing,and data compatible.Through ship-shore connection system,the mutual transmission of process data and safety interlock can be realized for FSRU control system and conventional terminal control system.It is of great reference.
