家庭式护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用

Application of family nursing intervention in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect on lung function

目的探讨家庭护理干预在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者院外护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月-8月本院康复出院的80例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组采取常规护理,由社区服务人员及家属完成;观察组则采取家庭式护理,由医护人员负责,家属、患者配合完成。对两组患者的生活质量、肺功能情况进行为期两个月的观察,并进行统计分析。结果观察组老年COPD患者的生活质量各维度得分显著高于对照组,观察组肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC两项指标的对应数值显著大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论家庭式护理干预能有效提高老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生活质量,对于改善老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能具有显著作用,整体护理效果良好,值得在临床应用推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of home nursing intervention in outpatient nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods Eighty-eight patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from April to August 2017 were randomly selected as control subjects and divided into control group and observation group, each accounting for 40 cases. Regular care is taken by community service personnel and family members;observation group takes family-based care, which is the responsibility of medical staff, and is completed by family members and patients. The quality of life and lung function of the two groups were observed for two months and statistical analysis was performed. Results The quality of life of the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was compared. It was found that the scores of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the corresponding values of the two indexes of the lung function FEV1 and FEV1/FVC in the observation group. Significantly greater than the control group(P<0.001). Conclusion Family-based nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. It has a significant effect on improving the lung function of elderly patients with COPD. The overall nursing effect is good and worth promoting in clinical application.
