精准护理在牙周引导组织再生术中的应用

Application of precise nursing in periodontal guided tissue regeneration

目的探讨精准护理在牙周引导组织再生手术中的应用效果。方法选择2017年1月-2018年1月就诊于本院牙周科的30例中重度牙周炎患者为研究对象,以精准护理配合理念为依据,对传统牙周引导组织再生术的护理配合流程进行改进、完善,从而对比不同护理模式下的工作效率及医患满意度。结果实施精准化护理配合2周后,术后患者恢复情况良好,舒适度及满意度提高,医护配合及护理效率也显著提高。结论运用于牙周引导组织再生术中的精准化护理,能大幅度提高护理质量、工作效率及医患满意度。

Objective By exploring the application effect of precision nursing in periodontal guided tissue regeneration. Methods Thirty patients with moderate to severe periodontitis who visited our periodontal department from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected. Based on the concept of precise nursing cooperation, the nursing cooperation process of traditional periodontal guided tissue regeneration was improved and perfected, so as to compare the work efficiency and patient satisfaction under different nursing modes. Results Executing precise nursing cooperation, two weeks later, patients were found to recover well, comfort and satisfaction were improved, and medical and nursing cooperation and nursing efficiency were also significantly improved. Conclusion The application of precision nursing in periodontal guided tissue regeneration can improve nursing quality and work efficiency.
