摘要
车辆道路滑行阻力包括风阻和车辆内阻,在整车开发中具有非常重要的意义。目前,主要通过性能台架试验来测量车辆内阻,因查找问题时需要拆装零件反复多次做试验,费时费力。文章通过分析数据计算减速度的方法,分离几乎不受车速影响的各系统的阻力,如制动系统阻力等。此外,为方便快速分析数据,本研究基于Matlab GUI设计了计算工具。通过试验验证对比发现,由此方法计算得到的数据与台架数据相符,可同时满足定性分析和定量计算的要求,并可扩展到带挡计算时的阻力分析。
Vehicle road sliding resistance,including wind resistance and vehicle internal re-sistance,is of great significance in vehicle development.At present,the internal resistance of a vehi-cle is mainly measured by a performance bench.In order to find the problem,it is necessary to dis-mantle the parts and do experiments repeatedly,which is time-consuming and laborious.In this pa-per,data analysis is used to calculate the deceleration;the resistances which are hardly affected by ve-hicle speed like braking system can therefore being separated.To facilitate fast data analysis,a calcu-lation tool is designed based on Matlab GUI.Through experimental verification and comparison,it is found that the data calculated by this method is consistent with the performance lab data,the require-ments of qualitative and quantitative calculations can be met,and the method can be extended to the resistance analysis under drive gear.
