摘要 文章从产品和服务集成的角度深入分析了汽车行业矩阵式项目管理的内在驱动机制,即多产品的同步开发客观上导致了总经理决策职能和部门专业职能的授权转移。在此基础上揭示了企业的发展阶段、流程制度的成熟度、总经理的能动性以及产品经理和总工程师的个性搭配组合,是矩阵管理成功的4个关键要素。 In this paper,the internal driving mechanism of matrix project management in the automotive industry from the perspective of product and service integration is analyzed,that is,the simultaneous development of multiple products objectively lead to the transfer of the general manager's decision-making function and the department's professional functions.On this basis,the development stages of the enterprise,the maturity of the process system,the initiative of the general manager,and the combination of the product manager and chief engineer with personality are the four key elements of matrix management success.
