摘要
医养结合型养老社区是拓展医养结合实践、高质量供给老年服务的创新路径之一。医养结合型养老社区的本土化实践存在政府支持缺失、性质目标混乱、定位过度高端、目标对象不明和运营服务短视等困境。应以“协同”与“共享”为基本理念,优化医养结合型养老社区的规划建设与运营服务,促进政企协同、供需对接、理性规划、合理运营、专业服务,以满足老年人的健康养老需求,促进养老服务产业的高质量发展。
The combination of medical and elderly care for the elderly community is one of the innovative ways to expand the practice of medical and elderly care and provide high-quality elderly services.The localization practice of the medical-adapted elderly care community has dilemmas such as lack of government support,chaotic nature of goals,excessively high-end positioning,unknown target audiences,and short-sighted operation and services.The basic concept of synergy and sharing should be used to optimize the planning,construction and operation services of the medical and elderly integrated elderly community,and promote government-enterprise coordination,supply and demand integration,rational planning,reasonable operation,and professional services to meet the health of the elderly.The demand for old-age care promotes the high-quality development of the old-age service industry.
