摘要
科学理论体系的形成需要具备赖以建立的逻辑起点、贯穿整个理论体系的逻辑主线、逻辑演进的终点以及具有实践表征的逻辑中介等四大因素。乌兰夫作为具有卓识远见的政治家和教育家,在教育领域提出了诸多具有创新性的观点,形成了独具特色的教育理论体系。乌兰夫认为,教育要从发展经济文化事业出发,以人才培养为主线,实现建设社会主义伟业之目的,其实践表征主要是以“党的领导”和“民族团结”为方向,以“高等教育”和“干部教育”为路径,以“提升质量”和“彰显特色”为措施。
The formation of scientific ideology needs to have the logical starting point to establish,the logical main line of the whole ideological system and the logical fulcrums supporting the main line of logic,and the logical intermediary with practical representation.As a politician and educator with ideas and vision,Ulaanhu put forward many creative points in education,formed a unique educational ideological system.It is that education should start from developing economic and cultural undertakings and take talent cultivation as the main line to achieve the goal of building a great socialist cause.Its practical characterization is mainly in the direction of party leadership and national unity and high education and cadre education as the path,taking improving quality and showing characteristics as measures.
