“双一流”大学创新型人才培养: 理论内核、特质要义与建构方略 被引量:19

摘要 随着“双一流”建设进程的不断加快,对“双一流”大学创新型人才培养的理论内核、特质要义和建构方略的研究亟待展开。因此,为保证“双一流”大学创新型人才培养落到实处,需从理论内核上把握其本质意涵、内驱动力和构成要素,依照统整理念来阐释“双一流”大学创新型人才培养的价值指向。在特质要义上,“双一流”大学创新型人才培养的品格养成应注重追求卓越创新、人才培养的制度建构应灵活多样、人才培养的目标应强调师资与学科共维建设、人才培养的保障机制应强调内外协同。在建构方略上,应注重以创新学科理念来主导学科专业课程布局、以深化教师综合素养来推进专业化师资队伍建设、用一流创新人才培养标准来构筑培养监评体系,通过多维协同理念推进“双一流”大学创新型人才培养目标的理路构建。 With the rapid development of the construction of the process of the double first-class,the research on the theoretical core,characteristics and construction strategy of the cultivation of innovative talents needs to be carried out urgently.Therefore,in order to ensure the implementation of the cultivation of innovative talents in double first-class universities,we must grasp its essence,internal driving force and elements from the theoretical core,and explain the value orientation of the cultivation of innovative talents in double first-class universities according to the concept of integration.In the essence of characteristics,the cultivation of innovative talents in double first-class universities should focus on the pursuit of outstanding innovation,the system construction of talent cultivation should be flexible and diverse,the goal of talent cultivation should be carried out to emphasize the construction of teachers and disciplines,and the guarantee mechanism of talent cultivation should emphasize internal and external coordination.In terms of the construction strategy,we should focus on guiding the layout of professional courses with the concept of innovative disciplines,promoting the construction of professional teaching staff with the deepening of comprehensive quality of teachers,constructing the training supervision and evaluation system with the training standards of first-class innovative talents,and promoting the rational construction of the training objectives of innovative talents in double first-class universities with the concept of multi-dimensional coordination.
