A Brief Introduction to Jiang Tingfu’s Thought and Practice of “Agriculture,Rural Areas and Farmers”

从教坛到政坛,蒋廷黻都十分重视近代中国的"三农"问题。围绕当时中国农业和农村经济的恢复发展、农民生产生活条件的改善等问题,他不但提出了自己的思想主张和许多可行性建议,且身体力行,力图在实践中通过国民政府去推动"三农"问题的解决。

From the altar to the political arena, Jiang Tingfu attached great importance to"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"issues in modern China. He not only put forward his own ideas and feasible suggestions on the recovery and development of agriculture and rural economy,and the improvement of farmers’ production and living conditions,but also put them into practice,trying to promote the solution of these problems through the national government in practice.
