供给侧改革推动“双创”研究综述与展望

Review and Prospect of Entrepreneurship and Innovation Driven by Supply-Side Structural Reform

采用文献研究方法梳理供给侧结构改革与"双创"战略的相关研究成果和改革实践,发现对"双创"的研究过于单一,缺少供给侧结构改革与"双创"实践问题相结合的相关成果,由此提出供给侧结构改革导向研究,供给侧结构改革视野下"双创"的实施、走向与偏差研究,供给侧结构改革与"双创"实施协同耦合研究,供给侧结构改革推动"双创"效果研究,供给侧结构改革推动"双创"效果评估与优化方案研究的研究展望。

In this paper,literature research is conducted to review the relevant researches and reforms about the supply-side structural reform and the Entrepreneurship and Innovation strategy(E &I).It is found that the research on E &I is homogeneous and the research about the combination of the supply-side structural reform and the practice of E &I is still rare.Therefore,this paper presents the prospective researches about the supply-side structural reform orientation,the implementation,trend and deviation of E &I under the perspective of the supply-side structural reform,the collaborative coupling of the supplyside structural reform and the E &I implementation,the effect,effect evaluation and optimization plan of E &I driven by the supply-side structural reform.
