我国冰雪产业创新创业模式探析

随着我国冰雪资源的不断开发,冰雪产业逐渐发展为一种新兴产业,并成为区域经济新的增长点。但相对于传统产业,它仍属于新兴产业,处于产业发展的初期阶段,发展体系也并不健全,创新创业发展仍面临诸多困境。在创新发展方面存在创新研发投入不足、产学研协同创新机制不完善、产业融合创新能力不足、创新型冰雪人才匮乏等问题,在创业发展方面存在创业资源利用率不高、创业机会识别难度大、高质量创业主体匮乏、创业模式较为单一等问题。因此,要推动冰雪产业创新创业,需要重视冰雪产业创新研发、推进产学研全链条协作创新、重视冰雪产业人才培养、促进产业跨界协同创新、依托产业集群提高创业资源利用率、依托新兴产业特质挖掘创业机会、依托产业基地孵化创业主体、依托产业基础优势更新创业模式。

With the continuous development of ice and snow resources in China,ice and snow industry has gradually developed into a new industry and become a new growth point of regional economy.However,compared with the traditional industry,it is still an emerging industry and in the early stage of industrial development.The development of innovation and entrepreneurship is still facing many difficulties. In the aspect of innovation and development,there are problems such as insufficient investment in innovation,research and development,imperfect mechanism of collaborative innovation,insufficient ability of industrial integrated innovation,and lack of innovative ice and snow talents.In the aspect of entrepreneurial development,there are problems such as low utilization rate of entrepreneurial resources,difficulty in identifying entrepreneurial opportunities,lack of high-quality entrepreneurial teams,and single entrepreneurial model.Therefore,to promote the innovation and entrepreneurship of the ice and snow industry,we need to pay attention to the innovation,research and development of the ice and snow industry,promoting the collaborative innovation of the whole chain of industry,university and research institute,cultivating the talent of the ice and snow industry,promoting the cross-border collaborative innovation of the industry,improving the utilization rate of the entrepreneurial resources relying on the industrial cluster,taping the entrepreneurial opportunities relying on the characteristics of emerging industries,incubating the entrepreneurial teams relying on the industrial base,and updating entrepreneurial model relying on the basic advantages of industry.
