地方高校行政管理专业应用型人才培养模式的构建

新时代背景下,受“国内行政管理人才需求量激增”及“地方本科院校应用型转型”双重红利的影响,行政管理专业迎来了新的发展机遇。地方高校行政管理专业在人才培养方向上已经达成共识,但在目标定位、教学实施、师资队伍建设方面都存在相应不足。实践已经证明大力培养高素质应用型人才,既是我国经济社会发展和产业转型升级的需要,也是高等教育自身发展的需要。既要培养少而精、高层次、国际化的研究型、学术型人才,更要培养数以千万计的高素质应用型人才。

Under the background of the new era,influenced by the double dividends of"the surge of domestic demand for administrative talents"and "the application-oriented transformation of local undergraduate colleges ",the administrative management specialty has ushered in new development opportunities.The major of administrative management in local colleges and universities has reached a consensus on the direction of personnel training,but there are corresponding deficiencies in target orientation,teaching implementation and faculty construction. It has been proved that training high-quality applied talents is not only the need of economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading,but also the need of the development of higher education itself.It is necessary to cultivate not only few and high-level,international research and academic talents,but also tens of millions of highquality application talents.
