高等教育对农村的智力渗透——大学生村官现象的另类思考

摘要 改造传统农业需要对农村实施全面的智力渗透,政策驱动的大学生村官是实现高等教育向农村智力渗透的一种新尝试。在理想状态下,大学生村官政策给农村现代化带来新的智力资源,对村庄精英的培育、新式农民的孕育和农业科技的应用与发展都会产生显在和潜在彩响。在现实性上,“大学生村官”非公非农的双重身份容易导致身份间的紧张与冲突,并由此带来家庭对大学生的角色期待与大学生村官在社会生活中扮演的现实角色之间出现明显落差。如果把大学生村官作为高等教育向农村实施智力渗透的成功探索,就必须解决大学生村官对这一特定身份的自我认同和社会认同问题,以实现大学生村官的社会角色期待与社会角色扮演的统一。 Transforming traditional agriculture needs comprehensive intellectual infiltration into rural areas.Making college graduates become village officials sponsored by policy is an new attempt to infiltrate intellectually to rural areas via higher education that will not only provide intellectual resource to modernization of rural areas but also make some potential influence to cultivation of the village elite,breeding of new peasants and application and development of rural science and technology.Meanwhile,college graduates serving as village officials have to face some problems such as tensions and conflicts caused by the non-official and non-agricultural parts of their identity,which bring discordance between a college graduate and a"village official",or between high family expectations and cruel social reality.If we expect to treat the service of college graduates in the villages as means of intellectual infiltration to rural areas,it is necessary to integrate the self-identity and social identity together and to unite social expectation and self-expectation in their role.
