国际化课程如何促进学生国际化能力的发展?——基于南澳大学GQ7内容的解析 被引量:2

摘要 高等院校毕业生应该具有全球思维、国际意识及全球胜任力等国际化能力,国际化能力日益成为全球化时代评估高等教育人才培养质量与学生学习结果的畫要指标,而课程的国际化是发展学生国乐化能力的重要途径与方式。高等教育国际化程度较高的南澳大学,设计了大学毕业生应该达到的七项毕业能力(Graduate Quality,GQ)框架,其中第七项(GQ7)是学生毕业需要达到的国际化能力的具体指标。南澳大学建立了与GQ7内容相匹配的国际化课程类型体系,创新变革了国际化课程的教学准则与组织结构,学生的国际化能力得到了明显提升。同时,在重塑国际化课程模式、突出教师独特作用与形成以学生为中心的教学新导向等方面,为通过国际化课程来促进学生国际化能力发展提供了可资借鉴的改革方向与实践经验。 In the era of globalization,universities pay more attention to the internationalization quality of graduates;the latter gradually becomes an important indicator of the quality of higher education students.Internationalization of curriculum is an important way to develop students9 internationalization quality.The University of South Australia,which has a higher degree of internationalization of higher education,has designed seven Graduate Qualities(GQ),and the seventh of them(GQ7)includes specific evaluation indicators of the internationalization quality to be achieved by students.University of South Australia has set up an international curriculum that matches the GQ7 content,striving to realize the innovation and reform of the teaching standards and organizational structure of the international curriculum.The students9 internationalization quality has been greatly improved,and the international curriculum model is remolded,the teachers,unique use and the student centered teaching side are highlighted.An important practical experience has been formed in such aspects as the change of style and so on,which provides a specific practical direction to clarify the relationship between the internationalization of the curriculum and the development of the students,internationalization quality.
