摘要 采剥(掘)量验收是矿山企业非常关注的一个指标。采剥(掘)量验收采用传统测量手段包括经纬仪、全站仪、GPS,但是采用这些手段存在测量效率低、测量精度差、测量安全性低、数据汇总滞后等问题。为了有效地解决这些问题,提出了一种综合、高效的采剥(掘)量快速验收方法,根据矿山的具体应用场景,有针对性的采用航拍无人机、固定式三维激光扫描仪、移动式三维激光扫描仪对矿山现场进行数据获取和采剥(掘)量计算。为验证该方法有效性,在矿山现场应用,结果表明,该方法效率高、精度高、操作简单,是一种非常适合矿山采剥(掘)量验收的技术手段。 The acceptance of mining and stripping amount is an important index to mine enterprise.The acceptance of mining and stripping amount use traditional measurement devices including theodolite,total station,GPS and so on.While these traditional measurement devices existed a lot of weakness such as the low efficiency,the bad accuracy,the low safety,and the hysteretic data summarization.To solve these problem,an comprehensive and efficient method for acceptance of mining and stripping amount was proposed,using unmanned aerial vehicle,fixed3 dlaser scanner,hand-held 3 dlaser scanner to obtain these mine data according to different area and calculate the mining and stripping amount.And field application in mines was conducted to verify this method.The result indicated that the method is efficient,high precision and easy to operate,and is a very suitable way to the acceptance of mining and stripping amount.
