摘要
针对注汽锅炉软化器制水运行过程中再生阶段需要人工参与这一现状,分析了再生过程各步骤的运行条件,借助于盐浓度在线分仪,设计完善相关的控制回路,在原有PLC控制程序中添加相关的控制逻辑,实现了再生过程的全自动运行,从而大大减轻劳动强度,降低盐耗及水耗,提高了软化器运行的效率和经济效益。
In this article,the regeneration phase of the steam injection boiler softener is required to participate artificially in the regeneration process.The operating conditions of each step of the regeneration process are analyzed.The relevant control loops are designed and perfected by means of the salt concentration on-line instrument.The relevant control logic is added into the PLC control program to realize the fully automatic operation of the regeneration process,thereby greatly reducing labor intensity,reducing salt consumption and water consumption,and improving the efficiency and economic benefits of the softener operation.
