通过对材料成形过程中的摩擦特性、塑性变形、速度、应力状态、温度、制件的材料特性、毛坯和模具表面状态等因素的分析,着重阐明了粘结机理、粘结瘤生成原因和过程。同时针对粘结瘤生成原因,提出了一些对应的解决方案,为解决粘结问题,提供一些理论基础知识和实践经验。

Through the analysis of the friction characteristic,plastic deformation,speed,stress state,temperature,material characteristic of workpiece,blank and die surface state and other factors in the process of material forming,the bond mechanism,the cause and process of bond tumor formation are emphatically expounded.At the same time,some corresponding solutions are proposed to solve the bonding problem,providing some theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
