车架连接板类制件模具创新设计

摘要 连接板是重型卡车车架总成上的一个重要制件,使用量较大,种类多。通常连接板类制件需要冲裁、压形两道工序,长期以来需开发1副切边冲孔模和1副压形模才能完成冲压生产。生产时模具更换、制件转运频繁,单件冲压次数2〜3次,生产成本高,生产周期长。本模具为新型结构,根据制件特点,大胆创新,从冲压工艺过程入手,将冲裁工序与压形工序进行了集成设计,设计并制造了复合模,实现了只用1副模具、一次冲压就完成一种连接板的生产。 Connecting plate is a part often used in the frame assembly of heavy truck.It is used in a large amount and has many kinds.Usually,connecting plate parts need to be completed by blanking and pressing processes.For a long time,it is necessaiy to develop a set of trimming punching die and a set of pressing die to complete stamping production.Die replacement and parts transshipment are frequent during production.The number of stamping times per piece is 2〜3,the production costs are high,and the production cycle is long.The die is a new structure.According to the characteristics of the parts,it is bold and innovative.Starting from the stamping process,the stamping process and the forming process are integrated.The compound die is designed and manufactured.The production of a connecting plate can be completed with only one set of dies and one stamping.
